Vitamin D3 powder is made by dispersing vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in vegetable oil, then using microencapsulation technology to evenly embed vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in carbohydrates, and then using instant spray drying to obtain microcapsule beadlets with good fluidity, in which natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) is added as an antioxidant.
It is mainly used for nutritional fortification of solid and liquid beverages, water-based foods and ordinary foods. It can also be used for tableting and filling hard capsules.
